New Client Set up and Scheduling:
A brief phone call (15 minutes) is required to complete the New Client Registration (NCR) process for set up, assignment to a therapist, and scheduling.
If you are ready to become a new client and get your therapy on please do the following:
1). Call our office directly 253-350-8763
2). Email us at admin@rinkertherapyandwellness.com
If we are unable to reach one another, we will request to schedule the NCR brief phone call and a member of the admin team to call you to complete new client registration.
After the NCR set up is complete, you will receive an email with a link to the client portal where will complete the intake paperwork prior to your first session.
